On this independence day, we will remember the achievement people of Pakistan gained so far. This diamond jubilee is to give tribute to all the role models we have in each walk of life. Happy Birthday to our beloved country, be prosper and shine….
Today, August 14, Pakistan got its independence 75 years ago. To reach this milestone, we have come a long way. This year belongs to Pakistanis allover the world. A lot of achievement youngsters achieved and made nation proud of. On this diamond jubilee we will remind all of the achievement and spread the positivity like the star on our flag.
It has been more than 1050 days since our champ Babar Azam is standing on the first spot of batsmen in the world. It is a record in itself that no other batsman can dethrone him so far. The skipper is continuously breaking records and makings their name on the list of legendary players on the cricket field. On this independence day, Siatara e Imtiaz (the biggest civilian award) is announced to pay tribute to his services towards sports and fitness.
In recent commonwealth games, our two athletes Nooh Dastgir and Arshad Nadeem managed to get Gold Medals in weight lifting and Javelin respectively. Other than that after 52 years our athletes get 9 medals in the event. With limited resources and average training, our players are hoisting our flag high with utter pride. Shehroze Kashif and Samina Baig summit Nanga Parbat in record time last month. Shehroze did the task with a limited supply of oxygen as well. Moreover, this is the first time in history when a record mountaineer came to our country to summit mountains and travel, it is all because of better tourism and security facilities.
Talent in all departments
Two of our champs got a job in Google and Alibaba as well. Our talent is getting acknowledged worldwide now. Malala Yousufzai embraced the opening ceremony of Commonwealth games 2022. She even started an international fund to provide education to under privileged girls. The Oxford Graduate does not want other girls’ suffer for education like she did.

If we talk about the entertainment industry, the recent representation of Pakistani actors in MS Marvel baffles people. Mehwish Hayat and Fawad Khan established themselves as a seasoned actor in front of the whole of Hollywood. The renowned movie “Joyland” went to Cannes 2022 and get a special best move, best director award in its respective category. the movie gets a Standing ovation from the spectators as well.
Arooj Aftab gets a Grammy award for music this year. Moreover, today she will be honored with the Pride of Performance award by the president for her services to music as well. In music Pasoori by Ali Sethi and Bikhra by Abdul Hannan was remain unbeatable on Spotify for weeks. They were trending on the top charts of Japan, USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
This year a 75 rupees note is launched on the occasion of the diamond jubilee of Pakistan. Even Google releases a doodle for our birthday as well. Our country is still struggling but our youngsters have the potential to hoist our flag on all departments with pride and happiness. We wish them all the luck and happy birthday to Pakistan once again and Happy Independence Day to people of Pakistan.
