The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) did indeed win the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) defeating the Delhi Capitals in the finals. The match witnessed a thrilling turn of events as Delhi Capitals initially showcased a strong start, reaching 64 runs without any loss of wickets in just 7 overs. However, their momentum was halt as they eventually collapsed to a total of 113 runs all out before completing their allotted overs.
