Her career’s first drama serial was Shahpar, released in 1997. In Shahpar, she played a lead role with Faisal Rehman. Faisal Rehman performed the role of an Air Force officer. She also acted in another superhit drama serial, Peela Jora. Tazeen performed the lead role with Humayun Saeed.
She also acted in the Indian movie Sutan ki Beti in 1998. Hussain also gives her best in traffic and Family Pride. She awarded for her best performance in the film Import-Export. She had performed well in many dramas.
