He passed some comments on ongoing situation of Covid 19 in the country. In his opening monologue he said that this labor day is not that happy because covid cases surged up to 300 percent. Later with the discussion with Doctor Fauci on his show things get heat up.
Dr Fauci updated that if cases are increasing like this rapidly, soon hospitals have to make difficult decisions. He told that Beds in Intensive care Units (ICU) are almost full and pandemic is not near to control. Here Jimmy Kimmel stated “That choice doesn’t seem so tough to me,” he added. “Vaccinated person having a heart attack? Yes, come right on in. We’ll take care of you. Unvaccinated guy who gobbled horse goo? Rest in peace, wheezy.”
Ivermectin and its affects
After this he is facing criticism and backlash for being insensitive. But he was referring to anti vexxers who are using unauthorized drugs instead of proper vaccine. People are using a livestock drug named “ivermectin” to cure Corona virus. Ivermectin is a medication use to treat parasite infestations. In humans, these include head lice, scabies, river blindness, strongyloidiasis, trichiasis, ascariasis, and lymphatic filariasis. Kimmel called anti-vaxxers “pan-dimwits” and chastised them for reaching for ivermectin.
“People are still taking this ivermectin. The poison control center has seen a spike in calls from people taking this livestock medicine to fight the coronavirus, but they won’t take the vaccine. It’s like if you’re a vegan and you’re like, ‘No, I don’t want a hamburger, give me that can of Alpo instead,‘” Kimmel joked.
Its high time USA start taking this pandemic seriously. Furthermore people not getting vaccine. They uses home remedies instead of getting WHO Attested vaccines. Jimmy Kimmel’s comment left people with aggressive arguments. But according to his statement people should get proper vaccinated and make USA a healthy state.
