FBISE Introduces Practical Based Assessment for SSC & HSSC
FBISE will introduce a Practical Based Assessment (PBA) for SSC and HSSC students in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology, and computer science from 2024 onwards. This means that students will no longer have to sit for separate practical exams in these subjects. Students will instead be assessed on their practical skills throughout the year.
The PBA will be a written exam that will test students' understanding of the practical concepts and skills that they have learned in class. Students will answer questions on the procedures, observations, and conclusions of a list of prescribed practicals.
