Facebook has recently decided to enable monetization tools for Pakistan content creators. The last decade from 2010 to 2020 has seen a rise in content creators in Pakistan. Where in 2010, the country did not have even a single top YouTuber or a facebook star. Now, there are many content creators on various platforms all over the country.

This has finally caught the attention of Facebook. Pakistani content creators who meet the requirements can now use Facebook Stars which is a product of Meta’s monetization tool. They can use this feature to connect with their audiences and grow their businesses. Pakistani online content creators can now use other features for monetization after signing up. Meta’s Star is a digital good that fans can purchase and send to support creators.

There are many formats available for this tool. These include formats such as Facebook Reels, Facebook Live, on-demand videos, as well as images and text posts. In addition, more people can earn while they develop their creativity, audiences, and careers. Meta introduced reels to Pakistani audiences and creators earlier this year. It offers short-form, entertaining video experiences and tools. The fastest-growing content format on Meta platforms right now is reeling. Each day, the Pakistani audience plays 140 billion Reels on Facebook and Instagram.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who is serving as Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, was also present at the event. He expressed his remarks on the decision by Meta.
